All orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days, and will be received within 3-7 business days (depending on location).
During promotional periods, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.
All expedited orders placed after 2PM EST will be processed the following business day.
All orders ship according to standard business days. Saturdays and Sundays are excluded from the delivery time frame.
Important: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. Once the order is out, we are unable to redirect the shipment.
Lost packages: Please reach out to our customer service team if you believe your package is lost/stolen. We will file a claim on your behalf. Please note shipping claims can take up to 20 days to process. Boutique Dopage is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that note delivery confirmation to the correct shipping address.
